Is there a way to record video and save it local as a video file or only as save local as a series of images ? Looking to start generating a session video file (wmv, avi, whatever) when I access the remote web interface ? Any ideas ?

I dont have the VideoCapX capture interface.... looks simple to configure once you have but how do I get this feature ? something I download ?

If you did a full install, you do have it.
When adding a camera, you choose the capture interface.
To switch an existing camera to the VideoCapX inteface, remove the camera first.
Then add it and select VideoCapX as capture interface.

Thank you, this worked. Now is there a way to start the record remotely when a web session has started. The only option I see is to start on motion to take still images....
