Changes:

- Reliably detects if recording is going on (in Record Video form)

- disabled WMV for Single Frame videos (as it did not work)

- removed video quality scrollbar (as it had no effect). Set video quality in Codec Options

- prevent opening more than one 'Record Video' form

- prevent opening more than one 'User and License' form

- send files at correct length (previous versions added a char(0) byte...)

Remember to uninstall LogiSphere before installing a new version
