Fixed bugs:
- save config had a missing newline after the Video Server entry
- fixed unreliable picture delivery
New Features
- send email on motion detection or local save
- delay motion detection
(useful when you email motion detection - you don't want to see yourself leaving)
- optional minimize to tray

After installing 0.7.4, I notice when viewing from a remote computer that the web delivery is still a little flakey (try reloading http://<server>:8080/javascript/index.html a few times, the current.jpg is missing sometimes, as do the .gif arrows) - thread problem again stefan ?
