I have not been able to use the Picasa Web Plugin for quite a while. It was showing as activated but was not uploading photos.
-I tried clicking on Configure but the configure dialog would not open.
-I deactivated it, saved Abelcam settings and then tried to reactivate it however now I get the error:
"Plugin did not start correctly, may have to be configured first."
However the configure button is disabled so there is no way to configure it. Is there a way to reinitialize this plugin to get it working again??

Fixed.
1) Shutdown AbelCam
2) C:\ProgramData\Seiz System Engineering\AbelCam\PicasaPlugin\config.xml renamed *.old
3) Cleaned out all the debug files
4) Restarted AbelCam
5) Reconfigure option for PicasaPlugin worked again and is now uploading.
