Hi

I just bought the Pro version and 2 additional licenses. So far it works great Smile I am however a bit unsure about when configuration changes are actually put into effect.

Is it when i press the Save button on the configuration dialog for the webcam?
Or do i need to press the Save menu option in the File menu?
Or do i need to do both, and then restart the application?

For each of my three webcams, i want to take one picture per day.
Can i use a big number as interval in seconds? If i put in 86400 in the "Save interval in seconds"? (60 x 60 x 24).

1) - camera configuration are put into effect immediately, as well as caption, overlay and so on
- local save and ftp save require a stop/start of the service (not the camera) to put into effect
- save on the camera configuration stores the current config to disk
- save in the file menu stores the currently loaded cams and all global configuration to disk
- you never need to restart the application to put a configuration change into effect unless you're told to do so (activation of Pro License)

2) - you can use any numer for local save, from fractions of seconds to large numbers.
- Counting starts when the camera/service starts
