Changes:
- mms include <!-- include vserver -->
to generate the mms link, picture URL is used instead of Server URL:
mms replaces http,
video server port replaces web server port,
slashes and anything behind it will be cut off
- the latest Sphere cams have a new device ID 08C2
this is now supported. (thank you, Christophe) 
- Text Boxes insted of NumericUpDown for frame rates
as the NumericUpDown did not behave as documented.
- Help file explains better how to request a License

Hi, my picture url is:
http://hostname:3080/current.jpg
the vserver tag returns: mms://hostname:3080
(should be 3090)
The frame rates look good now. My separator in the locale was "," by the way

Hello I am New here and just bought a new VIMICRO MINI PC CAM 301X, and downloaded your LOGISPHERE, How compatable are they, and how do I configure the settings so I can send someone a recorded Video Message with sound? I went to test 1,2 , and 3, and it seemed to take awhile to load, actually the video never did only the cam picture worked, then I tried the external application REAL PLAYER and it still never finish Buffering. I am sure I just dont know what I am doing, as a matter of fact I know I dont Know!!!! LOL!!!!! Please Help! oh by the way I am running windows xp pro office

How compatable are they I am sure you are going to let us know
how do I configure the settings so I can send someone a recorded Video Message with sound? You can't send recorded video messages with LogiSphere, only live video streams.
As Pete found out, release 0.9.9i seems to send out the wrong port, so you'll have to write the link yourself in Windows Media Player
or the Real Player. Default Address is mms://localhost:8090
