new features:
- all pictures and motion jpeg streams can be scaled (eg. size=300x200)
- frame rate parameter for motion jpeg (eg. fps=2, min. 0.1)
- screen capture and screen motion jpeg, optionally password protected
fixes:
- unhide works if Minimize to try is not checked
