Fixes:
Chat works ok when chat window on server end is minimized
Chat Window opens on saved position
New Feature:
Chat users are listed on both ends
update on server end every 10 seconds,
update on client end every 30 seconds
SelfCheck makes sure the Web Server remains open and accessible,
the camera delivers fresh pictures. If not, services will be restarted.
Motion JPEG stream without 'loading...' picture (aka nag screen) on restarting applet

Hi ! I installed 094, and have made it hang up a couple of times, the selfcheck seems to be working well, good work ! (You might just want to check the format of the messages video server halted, set cam format, cam start, etc. are missing a leading space)
It seems like the first check after a failure seems OK, and the second check actually succeeds. Probably the way the comparisons are done in the software. The only thing I have spotted is when the program starts up, it seems the storage never gets the first picture, saying the camera isn't ready yet. My camera box computer isn't very fast so maybe an extra ~5s delay is needed.
