Screen Capture not working

I currently have a webserver set-up and AbelCam running as a service, and I have no trouble getting the image with the camera itself, but for some reason the screen capture shows up blank. I can access the screen capture with no problems when running AbelCam normally. Is there a solution to this? or is it a feature not included in the software?

The program is exactly the same when run as Service.
What operating system are you using?
If you want me to have a closer look at this problem, please read Support and send me the debug log. |

I run on Windows XP SP2 with a Windows small buisness server 2003 client. Now I want to send you the debug file, but Im not sure what you mean by "Configuration Folder" on the support page. Do you mean the entire program folder?

Patrick, just click on Configuration Folder in the configuration screen
and you will see your configuration folder  |
