For the K8055 the latest version of the program I wrote to connect it with LogiSPhere is here: DOWNLOAD LINK See the included readme file for installation and config instructions.
For the K8056 (8 Relays with RS-232) I don't really have any suggestions for you. I don't have a K8056 so I've not written anything to control one.
Maybe you can wire your K8056 relays to the outputs of a K8055 card and make it work that way.  |

I think Vellemans idea is to use a K8055 to control the K5056 - at least I know of stores that sell the two in pairs.

Guys, just to spice up the discussions here, has anyone looked at the Phidgets Interfaces Kits?
I have the Phidget Interface Kit 8/8/8, which has the following: 8 Analog Inputs, 8 Digital Inputs, 8 Digital Outputs, and a 2 Port USB Hub.
I've always wanted to interface Logisphere to it but never got around to it. Seeing this thread pumped me up.
I realize that there may be hundreds of this things around and that writing support for all flavors in Logisphere would not be practical but, would there be a way to add generic support for these USB cards so as to facilitate a user writing a simple gateway for his own card?

Today I have updated my K8055 interface programs to work properly with the new AbelCam 2.1.0 (released 25 Feb. 2007 to members on the Issue Tracker). The changes to my programs were minor (some directory path changes in the sample HTML page, looking for a different value of SERVER_SOFTWARE environment variable in the vksrv.exe, fixed the readme to reflect new pathnames and program name). But if you are running a previous version of my K8055 stuff, it is going to break when you upgrade from LxxxSphere to AbelCam.

but don't install it until you've installed the new AbelCam.
