Wow, wow, way cool... here is what I did. First it did not work on one of my computers despite all the suggestions. So I elected to load it on a different computer after reading the suggested reference and it worked very well. I suspect the culprit was the vonage device that was inbetween the computer and the web in general. This is surprising because I have the vonage firewall disabled (there is another fiewall further upstream with the cable modem) and because I could successuflly run the "can you see me" port test. But in any even it now works. I am going to buy the pro eddition, just because you spent so much effort working the problem for me. Many thanks. Impressive customer service!
