a power user sucks all day long at my Webcam-Stream (ca. 1 Frame/3 seconds). There my Upload range is small, receives other users no Livestream or contact.
You must have great content on your webcam.
I've got one way. I've used this in the past to rid of varmits.
Open a command prompt. At the prompt type the following:
route add (his address) MASK 255.255.255.255 (your address)
You already know his address and your address can be found by typing >ipconfig at the command prompt.
This syntax is for windows XP and may differ slightly with differnt version of windows. Also this will only work until you reboot. But it will redirect the path to his machine back to your machine in effect never reaching him. He will no longer be able to connect to you.
