I've put this on my to do list . I have WM2003 but should get similar results with it. Maybe all that's needed is to change the HTML or maybe use a different browser on the PDA.

I made it work:
1) Download Minimo (Here)
2) Copy then rename your javascipt page ie. pdapage.html
3) Rip out the camera javascript on your page (only the camera code and NOT the controls code)
4) Replace it with <img src="current2.jpg?size=320x240&random=718046" alt="your live picture">
5) Then save it and then open it in minimo
6) Click the buttons to move the camera as normal
7) This will open a new page press down on your screen till you see back
8) Then if the image hasn't updated press down on your screen and press reload
9) Repeat 7 and 8 till you have the camera where you want it.
